Our robust Service Plans give you awesome benefits such as included labor, data backup, cybersecurity services and more! But what if you're not ready to commit?

We provide "stand-alone" services to cover that gap and resolve urgent issues.

All of our services are by appointment only. We have a $50 minimum deposit that is required up-front to reserve the appointment for most services and some services require a credit card on file.

Technology Support Solutions 

We can fix your computer issues!

In-Shop / Pick-Up: We work on your computer at our location. You can drop it off at our shop or we can pick it up (travel fees apply). We nearly always require an Initial Diagnostic for our In-Shop services ($120/hr with a $50 minimum). Any issues that are resolved during the diagnostic process are included in the diagnostic fee. We also have many Flat Rate Services available for In-Shop.

Remote Support: We help you over the phone and/or by remote connection to your computer. $100/hr. We require a $50 deposit up front to schedule the appointment and a credit card on file.

On-Site Services: We come to your location and provide whatever help you need to resolve your issues. $150/hr with a 1hr minimum. We require a $50 deposit up front to schedule the appointment and a credit card on file.

Special Projects: Prices vary depending on services required. Some special projects we have done in the past include: Complete office hardware purchase and installation, workstation refresh, office tech relocation and setup... let us know what you need and we'll give you an estimate!
