Robust Cybersecurity

Our Guardian and Essentials Plans features basic security, with well-rounded protection from malware, viruses and other threats. It includes premium browser protection and updated security settings for your protected devices.

Want even better protection?

Our Elevate and Total Care plans add advanced protection from hackers and scammers by a real, human Cybersecurity team who intercept dangerous intrusions in real time. In combination with our cloud backup, you also have reliable protection from ransomware.

When it comes to cybersecurity, the weakest link is untrained end-users. Our Cybersecurity Training is available separately, or we offer one annual training for your employees with our Total Care package (one employee included per registered device).

Proactive Monitoring

Registered devices are monitored for hardware and software failures. Automatic maintenance is included for Essentials, Elevate and Total Care plans to eliminate most basic concerns and give us advance notice for most larger issues so repairs can be budgeted if not covered by your plan.

Free and Discounted Labor

Each plan comes with free and/or discounted labor to address your Tech Support needs. We offer support by email, live chat, Remote Support, phone, access to our "self help" library and On-Site. We also give you the option to drop off a computer at our location to save On-Site charges when in-person repairs are needed. Pick-up and Delivery are available as well (travel fees may apply).

Frequently asked questions

Here are some common questions about our company.

Deposits for Special Projects are non-refundable. Please consider your budget when working with us to plan your project.

Our basic Guardian Plan does not require a commitment. It is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. To avoid a charge for the upcoming month, we do recommend that you give us a 30-day warning of your cancellation.

Our Essentials, Elevate and Total Care service plans have a 6-month minimum commitment and are month-to-month after that.

We service the Toledo, Ohio area for drop-off, on-site and remote support. We offer Remote Support or Drop-Off only for locations that are more than an hour away from us unless other arrangements are made in advance.

You can reach our customer support team by using your customer portal or any of the the "Contact Us" buttons on our website, calling +1 419-595-0235, or using the live chat on our website. Our dedicated team is available between 8am-8pm (covered support is limited to your service plan hours).

We’re committed to providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

Managed services (Service Plans, Subscription Services) require a credit card on file for billing. Other services may be paid by Cash or Check to avoid processing fees. We also accept Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Venmo and Cashapp for non-subscription services. We do charge a 3.5% Processing Fee for all "digital payments" (anything other than Cash, Check or ACH). 

We normally require a deposit up front and the balance due when services are complete. Large projects may require payments at various stages as agreed to in the Project terms. 

We do not offer refunds. We may offer a credit to your account in special situations at our discretion.

Any hardware purchased through us is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. If an extended warranty is available for purchase, we will offer that to you at the time of purchase.

Our work is guaranteed for 14-days from the time of service for the same problem only. This warranty excludes any issues caused by Malware/Viruses, User Error or Misuse, Accidents or Physical Damage, Third Party Software, Hardware/Software issues not addressed during the repair.
