Welcome to Computer Chick! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Services Provided
Computer Chick offers computer repair and maintenance, tech training, protection solutions, and other computer solutions. All services are subject to availability and suitability based on your specific needs. - Appointment Booking & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. - Pricing & Payments
All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered. We accept various payment methods including cash (preferred), check and credit cards online. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee of up to 3.5%. We require a minimum $50 deposit for all services unless waived by one of our Service Plans. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly service plans (such as Guardian Plan and Complete Care Plan) are billed automatically and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. - Service Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor are covered by a 14-day service warranty unless otherwise noted. Hardware warranty will be noted on the hardware listing. This warranty does not cover issues caused by user error, third-party software, hardware failure, or unrelated problems. - Data Responsibility
While we take every precaution to protect your data, it's your responsibility to back up important files before we begin any repair or service. Computer Chick is not liable for any data loss unless due to clear negligence on our part. - Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Computer Chick is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, lost revenue, or system downtime. - Remote Access
If you authorize us to provide remote support, you grant us temporary access to your system solely for troubleshooting and repairs. All sessions are secure and confidential. - Software Licensing
You must have legal licenses for any software installed or serviced. We do not install or support pirated or unlicensed software. - Third-Party Services
We may recommend or use third-party services and software (e.g., antivirus, backup). While we vet our partners, we’re not responsible for their performance or policies. - Referral Page
Our website includes a referral page listing other trusted businesses and clients. Inclusion on this page is not a guarantee of endorsement or partnership unless specifically stated. - Privacy Policy
